Cases of bulimia, anorexia, binge eating and extreme dieting are on the rise - and that's only the cases we know about.
In the NHS Tayside area 22 people sought help for their problems in 2006 - it jumped to 45 by 2016.

There is a Freedom from Food workshop on Saturday 12th May at Hillhead Library in Byres Road in Glasgow at 10:30am.
