Dundee Utd deny Ciftci biting claim

Dundee Utd are hitting back at the claim that Nadir Ciftci bit an opponent during yesterday's derby against Dundee.

The striker was involved in a tussle with opposing midfielder Jim McAllister.

Utd say Ciftci is both surprised and upset by the accusation and insist it is clear to them the player has not been involved in any such incident.
