Dundee United have given boss Tam Courts permission to speak to Rijeka about their managerial vacancy.
The Croatian team have made an approach after he guided the Tannadice club to a fourth place finish in the Scottish Premiership this season - sealing a Europa Conference League spot.
Rijeka were fourth in their domestic league and were runners-up in the Croatian Cup final.
