More than 50 Dundee University students have now tested positive for coronavirus.

Health officials are working to contain an outbreak which has seen 57 test positive.

Students, even if they're asymptomatic, are being advised to get a test as soon as possible if they've mixed with people outside their bubble.

The University say that testing is now essential to limit the spread of the virus in the student community.

The outbreak follows a West End flat party just over the week ago which was held just meters from the university campus. News of the party broke on Friday, and it's not clear how many students attended.

Police were not called to the gathering, and no fines have yet been issued.
