Man charged over Dundee hit-and-run

A man's been charged following a hit and run in Dundee.
The incident happened around 3.20pm on Tuesday afternoon outside Blackness Primary School.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
The man is expected to appear at court at a later date.
