Dundee's match away to Dunfermline on Tuesday night has been postponed after a number of Pars players are self-isolating following a positive covid test.

The SPFL have now confirmed that the match has been postponed -- it was supposed to take place next Tuesday (9th of March).

Dunfermline Athletic confirmed on the 3rd of March that the club had suffered a transmission of COVID-19 into their bubble.

In a statement they said "Since the weekend we have cooperated fully with the respective authorities to determine fully the extent of the transmission and the individuals who are deemed to be affected."

Dunfermline, and Dundee sit third, and fourth in the Championship respectively, separated by just three points.

The Dees travel to Championship leaders Hearts tomorrow.
