Police appeal after deliberate car fire in Dundee

Police are appealing for information following a deliberate car fire in Dundee.

A Black Audi Q7 was set on fire at Dighty Place between 9:10pm and 10pm on Sunday, 18th February 2024.

The fire, being treated was wilful, was extinguished by emergency services who attended the scene in the Menzieshill are of the city.

Detective Constable Luke Doogan said: "Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious to contact us.

“This incident took place within a built-up residential area, posing a risk to neighbouring properties and vehicles so I urge anyone with information to get in touch.”
