Dundee boss James McPake to stand trial in connection with disturbance at city pub

Dundee manager James McPake and Forfar player Gary Irvine have appeared in court in relation to a disturbance at a city pub last month.
McPake is accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner while Irvine faces a charge of assault.
The pair both pleaded not guilty - a trial will begin in February.
Police were called to an alleged incident at Braes on Perth Road around 11.30pm on Sunday October 6.
The pair are next scheduled to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on February 6 for an intermediate diet.
A trial date was set for February 27.
