Driver charged after van ploughs into Broughty Ferry low rail bridge

A driver has been charged after a van ploughed into a low rail bridge in Broughty Ferry.
It happened on St Vincent Street on Monday around 12.05pm.
The road was closed to allow for recovery.
A report is being sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Following a road crash on St Vincent Street, Broughty Ferry on Monday, 3 February, the driver has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
