Death of man found in Dundee garden treated as "unexplained"
The death of a man found in a Dundee garden is being treated as unexplained.
John Mottram, 50, was found injured at the back of a property in Dens Road in the early hours of Wednesday July 26.
He was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee but died on Friday, police said.
Officers have been investigating the scene and appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
Detective Inspector Brian Geddes said: We have been conducting a number of inquiries in the local community as we try to establish the full circumstances surrounding John's death.
Specialist officers, including forensic officers, have been involved in the investigation so far and will continue to be in the area over the next few days.
