Officers are investigating the incident, which occurred at around 11.50am on Main Street.
A police statement said: "Police Scotland can confirm that a woman has sadly died following a road traffic collision on Main Street, Bridgend, Perth, on Saturday.
"Any person who witnessed the incident and who has not yet spoken to police is asked to call 101 and quote incident 1818 of July 7."
