It is after newly appointed traffic wardens dished out £200,000 in tickets in three months.

Five months after parking wardens started patrolling in Angus, the council is looking at introducing resident's permits.
Almost £200,000 worth of penalty notices were handed out in just three months, which has sparked calls for further action.
In a meeting this afternoon, the Council's Policy and Resources Committee will discuss charging residents for permits.
Councillors will also explore extending the current 30 minute parking time limit in Arbroath, Montrose and Forfar town centres.
Elaine MacNicol, from Forfar Community Council, has experienced the issue first hand.
She says it is extremely frustrating: "I live in a conservation area within Forfar that is supposed to have residents parking, but unfortunately that is not being enforced at the minute.
"We do have people parking outside our houses that are not eligible to park in our resident’s area.
"When you're laden with stuff, it's quite a distance upstairs and across to where we live and it's not ideal at all.
"I think it's quite uncaring, i wouldn't go and park outside their house.
