Concern over man reported missing in Angus
Anthony Kelbie was last seen in Brechin’s Nursery Park area on Saturday, August 19, between 8 and 10pm.
Concern is growing for the welfare of a man who has been reported missing in Angus.
Anthony Kelbie was last seen in Brechin’s Nursery Park area on Saturday, August 19, between 8 and 10pm.
The 48-year-old lives in Maryfield area of Dundee.
Police Scotland said he was wearing a blue Superdry jacket, blue jeans and white shoes and has noticeable cuts to the side of his head and a lump and gash on his forehead.
