It comes after the city council declared a climate emergency in June

An action plan to cut Dundee's emissions has been unveilved this morning - six months after the council declare a climate emergency.
A total of 64 areas have been outlined to help reach the government target of net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045.
Council Leader John Alexander's confident it will make a difference.
"Whilst you can declare anything you wish, that is meaningless until you have a robust action plan," he said.
"The only way you can develop this is by involving people in a two way conversation.
"We have consulted a number of different organisations and individuals and what we've now got is 64 clear action themes."
The plan aims to cut emissions through sources such as energy use, transport and waste.
Environmental campaigners gave their views to form the plan. Andy Llanwarne from Friends of the Earth Tayside believes it's a positive step but said more still needs to be done.
"This shows the council is taking the issue seriously. But this is just the start, the plan will be reviewed and further actions will be added to it.
"It's a process it's not just a one off event.
"The plan is limited however, it could set more ambitious targets. My concern is we're still creating buildings, schools, houses that we don't know if they're net zero."
"They'll still be here in 2045."
