Police in Dundee have released a CCTV image of two women they wish to speak to following a high value theft in Dundee.

At around 10:45am on Thursday, 15th August, the theft took place at a store within a shopping centre in the High Street.

Officers believe the two women may have information that can assist the investigation.

Do you recognise the women?

The first woman, aged between 25-35, is described as being of average build, around 5ft 4inches tall with brown hair in a ponytail. She was wearing black trainers, black jogging bottoms, black patterned top, a black puffer jacket and was carrying a white carrier bag.

The second woman, aged between 20-25, is described as being of slim build, around 5ft tall with brown hair in a ponytail. She was wearing white trainers, blue trousers, a denim jacket and carrying a leopard print umbrella and a white bag over her shoulder.

Police Sergeant Rachel McQueen said: “I am asking that the women pictured in the images contact us in order that further enquiries can be carried out. I am also asking members of the public that if they recognise these women to contact Police Scotland.”
