Call For Toddlers To Learn To Dial 999
Parents are being urged to teach their toddlers how to dial 999.
The call comes from Linda McDonald whose daughter, Lydia, died at her Perth home after an asthma attack.
Lydia's three-year-old son was locked in the flat for two days following her death.
Now Linda has taught him how to react in any emergency and call for help.
