Emergency services tackle HGV fire at Broxden Roundabout

Emergency services are tackling a HGV fire at the Broxden Roundabout in Perth.
The A9 just south of the roundabout is currently closed in both directions.
Road users are advised to use alternative routes.
Firefighters are currently working to extinguish the fire after they were alerted at around 2:15pm.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 2.15pm on Tuesday, 4 March to reports of a lorry fire on the A9 southbound.
"Operations Control mobilised three appliances to the scene, near Broxden, where firefighters are working to extinguish the fire.
"There are no reported casualties."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The A9 is closed in both directions between Broxden roundabout and Tibbermore junction near Perth, following a report of a lorry fire around 2.40pm on Tuesday, 4 March, 2025.
"There are no reports of any injuries and emergency services are in attendance."
