Man remains in hospital after hit and run collision in Brechin
Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses after the collision in the early hours of Sunday 18th, August.
A 34-year-old man remains in hospital with serious injuries after a hit and run collision in Brechin.
The pedestrian was hit by a silver Renault Clio at around 2:25am on Sunday 18th, August.
It happened in City Road, near the junction of Damacre Road – the man’s still being treated in Ninewells.
Detective Sergeant Lucy Cameron said: “We are following positive lines of enquiries but are still appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident.
“Officers have reviewed CCTV and are still carrying out door to door enquiries in the area, but would ask anyone who saw the collision to come forward.”
