Beyoncé superfan in Edinburgh tonight spends £20,000 on artist's tour
Taylor Sinclair says she knows people think she's crazy
A Beyoncé superfan, who will be attending the concert at Murrayfield tonight, is spending over £20,000 to follow the artist around the world.
Taylor Sinclair from Belfast camped overnight in Cardiff to see the singer and is in Edinburgh to watch the Renaissance World Tour performance again.
The 26 year-old also plans to see Queen Bey in London, Sunderland, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Frankfurt and Barcelona.
Taylor said: “This is the most I’ve ever seen her in one tour. I’ve been saving since she last went on tour, so five years.
“Everyone thinks I’m mad. My nanny, when she found out I was going to 12 shows, she did think I spent £30 a ticket. I’ve made a comment to a reporter and now she’s definitely going to know I’ve spent £20,000.
“My boyfriend’s also being dragged around Europe for five of the shows with me.”
Tickets for the Renaissance World Tour, ranged from £50 for reserved seated and went up to £170 for VIP, while general standing tickets were priced at £95 for the five UK dates which include Edinburgh on Saturday, Cardiff, Sunderland and two shows in London.
Beyoncé last visited the capital back in 2003 for the MTV Europe Music Awards alongside celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Kylie Minogue, Justin Timberlake and Pink.
