Police hunt two men after Perth assault and robbery

The attack happened on Tuesday afternoon.

Officers are appealing for information after a 20-year-old man was assaulted and robbed in Perth.

The man was on St Catherine’s Road, around 12.30pm on Tuesday, 2nd November, when he was approached by two men and subsequently assaulted and robbed of his wallet.

He did not require any medical treatment.

Police are now searching for two suspects they believe are responsible for the attack.

They are described as being in their 30s to 40s, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8 in in height, both had beards and were wearing dark clothing consisting of tracksuits and hooded jumpers. One of the men was also wearing a hat.

Detective Constable Mark Ross said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or who has any other information which may assist us to get in touch.”

"Anyone with any information is asked to contact us on 101 quoting incident 1686 of 2nd November, 2021."
