Opening play on the court at 1pm is British wildcard Heather Watson, who will face former world number one Victoria Azarenka.
It will only be the Belarusian's fifth match since she gave birth to her son Leo in December 2016.
Britain's Johanna Konta, seeded sixth at Wimbledon, will play second on Number One Court, facing Greek player Maria Sakkari.
Aljaz Bedene is first up on Number Two Court, playing Gilles Muller, from Luxembourg, at 11.30am.
The four players have made a 21st century record for the most Britons through to the third round of play.
The last time four British players made it that far was in 1997.
On Thursday around 60 people were treated by the St John Ambulance for heat-related symptoms.
Friday is set to be another warm day, with the Met Office predicting highs of 26C (80F).
