As a 91-year-old woman remains in a serious condition after being hit by a bus in Perth - police are making a fresh appeal for information.

The pensioner was struck on Rose Crescent around 4pm last Wednesday by a Stagecoach service.

They're eager to speak to two passengers and a man in his twenties who was nearby.

Constable Lee Buckley from Perth & Kinross Road Policing Unit said: “We have viewed CCTV of the footage of the incident and, while this has been very useful to our enquiries, we would still like to speak with anyone who witnessed this.

"In particular, we are eager to speak to two people who were passengers on the bus at the time, and a man in his 20s with dark hair who was within the street when it happened."
