50 year old due in court in connection with death of Dundee man
A man's due to appear in court later in connection with the death of a Dundee man.
49 year old Nigel Poustie was found injured in Charleston Drive on Monday evening in Dundee.
He was taken to Ninewells Hospital but died on Tuesday.
Police say they've now arrested a 50 year old man in connection with Mr Poustie's death.
