Love Island fans shocked to discover new girl Rebecca Gormley's age

We aren't going to lie, the Winter edition of Love Island has taken a while to get going... But now we are into Week Two, the drama is finally starting to heat up, mainly down to new arrivals Connagh Howard and Finlay Tapp.

As Welsh model Connagh savagely stole Sophie Piper from Connor Durman, viewers have been in shock that footballer Finlay Tapp is only 20-year-old, and now new bombshell Rebecca Gormley has had a VERY similar response.

Viewers were given a glimpse of Geordie girl Rebecca at the end of last night's episode, with many thinking she was in her late 20s. However, after finding the former Miss Newcastle on social media, fans have been left shocked to discover she's actually only 21.

One user wrote on Twitter, 'This newbie isn’t 21 years old. There’s no way', with another writing, 'This new bombshell is 21 years old y'know???? Madddddd, she deffo lied about her age lmaoooo'. sic

Another confused fan wrote, 'How are 21 year olds on Love Island (and in general tbh) looking about 28 but I’m 25 this week and still looking about 18? Cool. Thanks... This one and Finley are going through a lot at 20/21 #LoveIsland... the new bombshell...' sic

Viewers will see Rebecca enter the villa tonight, and by the sounds of it, she's going to create some immediate drama!

The part-time model and carer has revealed she's got her eyes on three boys, Mike Boateng, Connagh Howard and Callum Jones.

Revealing her plan of action, Rebecca said, "I need to chat to them. I haven’t seen enough of them to know how I’m going to approach it. I like funny guys, so I’m thinking making the guy laugh is a tick in the box. But no smooth moves, I’ll just be myself."
