To amp up the drama ahead of Casa Amor next week, Love Island producers brought back the infamous heart rate challenge on Tuesday night's show, and the Islanders certainly didn't hold back!
The girls were up first and viewers were left in shock at the raunchiness of their routines, especially the likes of Gemma Owen, Paige Thorne and Indiyah Polack, but one viewer in particular was left seriously red-faced...
Gemma's dad Michael Owen was quick to take to Twitter after seeing his daughter perform the sexy routine.
Using a single emoji, the former England player expressed his embarrassment by using the peeping through the eyes emoji.
Fans of Michael were quick to reply to his message, with many laughing at his comment.
One wrote: '😂😂😂 How's your heart rate', with another adding: 'sorry you had to see your daughter like that.. every mans nightmare'. (sic)
A third then wrote: 'All I was thinking through that was what would Michael Owen be thinking'.

As fans of the show will know, the heart rate challenge caused some mighty drama for couples such as Tasha and Andrew, Paige and Jacques and Gemma and Luca.
Although Tasha's heart rate was raised the highest by Andrew, it was Danica who got Andrew going, whilst both Gemma and Jacques were raised the highest by each other, leaving their partners Luca and Paige fuming.
