Love Island SPOILERS: Maura sets her sights on newly-single Curtis😳

Say what now?

Author: Georgie HollandPublished 5th Jul 2019

This week has undeniably been one of the most dramatic so far on this year's Love Island. To narrow it down, we've seen Lucie confess her true feeling to Tommy TWICE, Curtis 'break' Amy's heart and Anna ditch Jordan. Not to mention the cherry on top of the cake - Michael has pied off Amber for new girl Joanna.

Tonight (5th July), it looks like the drama is set to thicken, when Amber and Jordan each take an Islander of their choice on a date. Is this Jordan's chance to rekindle things with Anna?

And, of course, tensions are still high in the villa between Curtis and Amy - but it's looking like the calm before the storm as Maura starts to move in on the 23-year-old dancer.

Find out what happens on Friday night's Love Island below:

MICHAEL TRIES TO MAKE AMENDS WITH AMBER

Things have definitely been frosty between Michael and Amber since he returned from Casa Amor coupled up with new-girl Joanna. Now that the dust is beginning to settle, Michael is keen to clean the air with his former flame.
Speaking to Michael, Amber says, "I don't think you had any idea how much I liked you." She then finally receives the apology she's been wanting, as Michael says, "For me, it was hard to see. I felt like I was constantly chasing you. I could not read you. I was constantly questioning it. I didn't ever want to hurt you. I'm deeply sorry. I do want you to know that I'm still here for you." Hmmph.
