It's May, another Bank Holiday is upon us, but all we can think about is the return of LOVE ISLAND!

As there is a new rumour every day as to which hot singletons could be entering the villa (Lotan Carter, Ted Pullin, Soph Piper and Delilah Belle Hamlin), show host Caroline Flack has only gone and dropped a MASSIVE hint as to when the 2019 series will hit our TV screens.

After confirming filming for season five has begun, Cazza can't help but take to her Instagram Story every day, giving fans some very interesting updates...

Whilst working up a sweat with her personal trainer Bradley Simmons, Caroline revealed there are only THREE WEEKS until all of the show prep starts.

She told fans, "I have just trained with Bradley Simmons and he put me through utter hell.

"Making me do weights that I should not be lifting but he says we only have three weeks before Love Island starts or for Love Island prep, so we've got to work hard."

Of course, ITV bosses are yet to officially announce a start date, but if we go by Caroline's estimations, the show will start around the end of May - YES PLEASE! πŸ™Œ

Meanwhile, in other Love Island related news, bosses have responded to claims that the 2019 cast will have to pass mental health checks before they land a place in the villa.

It's being reported that contestants will receive social media and financial training after they leave the villa, as well as mental health counselling.

An ITV statement reads, "This review has led us to extend our support processes to offer therapy to all Islanders and not only those that reach out to us," ITV said in its statement.

"And we will be delivering bespoke training to all future Islanders to include social media and financial management. The key focus will be for us to no longer be reliant on the islanders asking us for support but for us to proactively check in with them on a regular basis.!
