Last updated 4th Jun 2018
Last night we saw the long-awaited Britain's Got Talent final take place, with the top three acts consisting of Lost Voice Guy, Donchez Dacres and Robert White.
Comedian Lost Voice Guy was ultimately crowned Britain's Got Talent winner for the 12th series, with another comedian Robert White ending in second place, and singer Donchez Dacres in third, but how close were the results?
Everyday last week the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals took place with the top act according to the viewers' vote going through to the live final. Then, the judges had the chance to vote on the second act to be sent through.
By looking at each days' results it's clear that Lost Voice Guy was a clear favourite with the public, receiving a massive 40.5% of the votes during his semi-final show, the only other semi-final act to come even slightly close was fellow comedian Robert White, who won the public vote on Wednesday's semi-final with 30.2%, and ultimately came second in the talent show.
In yesterday's final the actual results were much closer with Lost Voice Guy receiving 21% of the votes and second place Robert White getting 17.2%.

Paul Potts
Paul Potts won the very first show in 2007 with his hugely impressive singing abilities.
Despite falling over after his semi-final victory, Lost Voice Guy took the Britain's Got Talent crown yesterday (Sunday). Lost Voice Guy is a 37-year-old comedian who lives in Newcastle and has cerebral palsy after he fell ill as a baby which left him unable to speak.
Using a ‘text-to-speech’ app on his iPad his routine often centres around his disability. He first attracted the attention of the judges in the audition rounds and after appearing on the show, a video of his performance soon received millions of views on YouTube.
Congratulations to Lost Voice Guy and all the finalists!
