WATCH: JP Cooper's video for 'Passport Home' is so emotional

British singer JP Cooper is best known for featuring on Jonas Blue's song 'Perfect Strangers' and his solo single 'September Song' last year, however he now has another fantastic song out called 'Passport Home'.

Last year 'Perfect Strangers' reached number two in the UK chart and 'September Song' reached number seven so we have high hopes for 'Passport Home' and you'll be able to hear it all this coming weekend.

JP Cooper dropped 'Passport Home' last month and has just started his European tour which will see him travelling to Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris amongst other places.

The singer released the video for his new single last week and it is incredibly emotional. The video follows JP as he notices a missed call from 'home', it then cuts to an elderly man in a nursing home, struggling to stand and pick up marbles with his feet.

JP is then followed as he packs his bag and promises to be home soon.
