The Vamps’ James McVey has shared a lovely cover of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Tenerife Sea (So In Love)’ on YouTube.

Sporting a rather fetching new haircut, the black & white video sees James perform the acoustic version of the track from a balcony with a cityscape in the background.

Telling his fans about the song, James tweeted: "I covered @edsheeran's song 'Tenerife Sea', it's my favourite song off his album. Thanks for the lovely feedback you amazing people."

‘Tenerife Sea (So In Love)’ is lifted from Ed’s incredible new album ‘X’, which has spent five weeks atop the album chart and is the fastest selling release of 2014 so far.

The Vamps are planning to unveil the follow-up to their no.4 Demi Lovatto collaboration ‘Somebody to You’ very soon.
