Steps have announced a brand new single and album

If the announcement of a Steps tour wasn't enough to get fans excited, they have just announced a brand new single and album.
The single 'Scared Of The Dark' will be premiered later this week and released on Friday (10th March), ahead of their new album which will be released next month.
While not much is known about the single 'Scared Of The Dark', it has been described as 'riotous and bombastic' and we can't wait to hear it.
Steps' first full album of original material since 2000 will be released on 21st April and called 'Tears on the Dancefloor'.
It will feature songs written by some of the biggest songwriters in the industry including those who have written for Calvin Harris, Britney Spears, Little Mix, Sigma and One Direction.
Speaking about their forthcoming album Steps said,
"It was very important for us to have a hint of the past but to try to blend it into modern day music."
Earlier today Steps announced their Party On The Dancefloor Tour taking in 13 cities across UK and Ireland, tickets for which go on sale on Friday 10th March.
