Just hours after being released at the stroke of midnight on Saturday night/Sunday morning ‘Wild’ charted at number three on this week’s Vodafone Big Top 40 chart.
A jubilant Jessie told her 6.4million Twitter followers: “After 16 hours you all made WILD number 3 in the UK big top 40! I am celebrating with a sprite lol and I am on top of the world! Love love love!”
‘Wild’ is the first taster of Jessie’s second studio album which will be released later this year.
Jessie’s debut album ‘Who You Are’ sold 2.5million copies across the globe and spawned six Top 10 singles including number ones ‘Price Tag’ and ‘Domino’.
