Warm your vocals, as in 2020, for the first time in forever, the stage adaptation of Disney's most successful animated film ever 'Frozen' will be coming to London's West End. Fans were sent into a frenzy when the exciting news was announced on Twitter.

Opening on Broadway early last year, the show has already proved to be incredibly popular. This comes as no surprise, as the 2013 film had box office takings of more than £1.25bn.

It's safe to say that fans are insanely excited, with one fan replying, 'Yessssss !!! I can not wait for this ! Going to watch Frozen rn ! ❄⛄🌬' sic and another replying, 'Finally!!!!' sic.

As we sing our hearts out to classics such as 'Let It Go' and 'The First Time In Forever', the show will include extra songs that have been written specially for the stage production. The West End production will also boast a brand new cast, with Michael Grandage revealing the West End show will be 'tweaked' slightly from the Broadway version.

Producers confirmed that the show will reopen the Drury Lane Theatre in Autumn 2020 - after the theatre's refurbishment.

Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, aka the songwriters we have to thank for the film's iconic bangers such as 'Do You Want To Build A Snowman', were reportedly enlisted to write additional material for the musical, with Robert admitting they "felt the pressure", however going onto say, "that was the something we had to, well, let go of." - very punny, Robert.

Kristen went onto explain that the extra songs would aid the audience in experiencing the story; using Elsa as an example, she says, "the way you experience her story is through close-ups, through looks of alarm in her eyes. In the theatre, you can't do that, because some people will be 100 yards away." She then added, "That's where the songs come in. They help you understand what's going on in her heart and in her head."
