Earlier this year, Scottish singer Emeli Sandé released her fantastic song 'My Boy Likes To Party', and we're loving it so much at Tay FM, you can hear it on the airwaves.
'My Boy Likes To Party' comes from Emeli's latest album, 'How Were We to Know', which was released in November 2023, and is about a couple who have 'radically different priorities at this moment in their lives'.
What is Emeli Sandé's new song called?
Emeli's song is called 'My Boy Likes To Party', on the release of the song, the singer said: "(I'm) excited to release the fourth and final single from 'How were we to know'. One of my favourite tracks from the album, it was great to work again with producer Henri Davies on this song, we always come up with something a little different when we get into the studio together."
She added: "(I'm) grateful to everyone involved in the making of this video, I hope you enjoy!"

Yes, there is a music video for 'My Boy Likes To Party'. In the video, Emeli can be seen walking through a large house, while clips of a big party are interspersed, while she sings: "You see, 'cause my boy likes to party / I never see him when the sun goes down / And they say home is where the heart is / Then his home's on other side of town."
Emeli has also shared a 'Sofa Soul-Mix' of her song. In the video she can be seen sitting on a green sofa, playing a keyboard, while singing a chilled version of her song.
