A Calvin Harris and Beyoncé collaboration could be in the works

Music fans the world over could be in for a treat if rumours circulating on the internet are true.

Eagle-eyed fans of superstars Calvin Harris and Beyoncé have noticed some interesting activity on their social feeds and are beginning to piece things together.

Beyoncé recently posted a video on Instagram accompanied by Calvin's latest single 'Slide'.

The video featured a collection of photos of Beyoncé, her bump, jewellery and her husband Jay Z around the time of the Oscars.

Calvin then reportedly commented on her video with a heart emoji. The post also attracted over 21,000 comments so we can't confirm this, however it was captured by a fan and posted on Twitter.

Adding to the rumours, it was this time last year that Calvin was reportedly very impressed with Beyoncé's work with Naughty Boy on 'Runnin' (Lose It All)'. At the time a source told a national newspaper he was in talks with the 'Formation' singer.

Since the beginning of the year Calvin has been teasing fans about his new music saying we should expect '10' new songs this year.

He then tweeted that he has been working with the 'greatest artists of our generation', just days before his dropped 'Slide' featuring Frank Ocean and Migos.

So if anything's sure it's that Calvin has a lot of new music on the way and no doubt there will be more collaborations as he told a fan recently,

'Expect the unexpected'.
