Outkast’s André 3000 also performs on the track

Beyoncé and Outkast rapper André 3000 have covered the late Amy Winehouse for The Great Gatsby movie soundtrack.

Their reportedly “very different” version of ‘Back To Black’ will appear on the upcoming soundtrack that's executive produced by Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z.

Beyoncé and André 3000 previously joined musical forces in the ‘4’ album track ‘Party’ back in 2011.

Although no concrete release date has been set for The Great Gatsby soundtrack, it’s expected that it will roughly coincide with the Baz Luhrmann epic’s theatrical release on 16th May.

Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan, the lavish adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic 1925 novel is Luhrmann’s first movie since Australia in 2008.
