Tom Hiddleston's price of milk FAIL
He might do his own supermarket shop, but he's not checking prices
Tom Hiddleston's one of the hottest stars on the planet right now, having just been named a 'Hero' at the Three Empire Awards.
He's also starring in two of the biggest films of the year - Kong: Skull Island, which is already out, and Thor: Ragnarok.
But being in all these big movies and getting papped going out for runs must make normal life pretty hard right? Just going to the supermarket to do a food shop must be a nightmare!
Well, it turns out that's not the case for Tom, who admitted he had picked up a basket of groceries just hours before hitting the red carpet at the Empire Awards. One item you could find in his basket was apparently a pint of milk. But does he know how much this very every day item costs?
Well unless the milk came from a golden cow, then no, as he overestimated the price by a whopping £1.30!
But Tom deserves a pass. You see a pint of milk is the smallest size you can buy, but most of us buy milk by the litre, which would make him closer to the real price.
Tom was also pretty guarded about the idea of returning to The Night Manager, saying the decision about a second series is out of his hands, but he did tell us we can expect Thor: Ragnarok to have some of director Taika Waititi's comedic spirit.
