Gary Barlow's cameo in Star Wars: The Last Jedi has been revealed
Here's the moment to look out for him in the film
Take That singer Gary Barlow joins the long list of celebrity cameos in a Star Wars movie, as he appears in the latest instalment, Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.
He played a Resistance trooper in the Battle of Crait but eagle-eyed fans might have to wait for the DVD before they can spot Gary as it's a VERY fleeting glimpse. Back in March our favourite Take That heartthrob confirmed to Ross King on** ITV's Lorraine**, "I'm not a Stormtrooper, but I am in it."
"Now I've said that, I'll probably be out," he continued. "I think the Star Wars people are so strict about what information is out there. So me saying that, I've probably just done myself out of a role." We're sure he can charm his way back in, though!
It was rumoured that Princes William and Harry had a cameo in the latest film as Stormtroopers and that Tom Hardy was also in the film, however it seems these scenes were cut from the theatrical release.
Back in 2015, James Bond star Daniel Craig had a brief uncredited cameo as a Stormtrooper, which explains Gary's 'stormtrooper' comment.
The latest Star Wars film has had mixed reviews but still been a hit at the box office taking $844M at the worldwide box office. The film is still in UK cinemas now.
