6 words only people from Angus will understand

We are well aware that there are words that the Scots use and understand which the rest of the UK wouldn’t comprehend. We are also well aware that there are words used in Dundee, which people outside of Dundee wouldn’t understand, not even those in other parts of Scotland. But can we home in on these any further?

We set out to find out if there are any words specific to Angus which people in other parts of the country wouldn’t be able to fathom. We have come up with six words so far, can you add any more to this?

These are just a few words that we use here in Angus, and those from outside almost certainly won't understand, but can you think of anymore to add to the list?
