The supervillain movie hits cinemas in August 2016
With more than a year to go until it hits cinemas, fans have been treated to an epic teaser for the eagerly-anticipated movie Suicide Squad.
The three-minute trailer sees a covert government agency run by Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) create a task force of supervillains who are forced to run a series of perilous and madcap missions in exchange for shorter prison sentences.
Based on the evil DC Comics team of the same name, the David Ayer directed movie features an A-list cast including Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Cara Delevingne as The Enchantress.
Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Karen Fukuhara (Katana), Adam Beach (Slipknot) and Jay Hernandez (El Diablo) complete the main cast.
Since being unveiled at Comic-Con in San Diego yesterday the teaser trailer has already been viewed 10million times.
Filming is currently taking place in Ontario, Canada ahead of the movie’s release on 5th August 2016. We CANNOT wait!
