Taylor Swift finally opens up about her feud with Katy Perry
And clears up rumours about 'Bad Blood'
When Taylor Swift released 'Bad Blood' there were instantly rumours that it was hitting out at ex-best friend Katy Perry.
It was speculated that the conflict began when backing dancers left Swift's tour to join the 'Roar' singer. Some assumed that 'Bad Blood' was a reaction to it.
Finally the 'Shake It Off' star has opened up about it - revealing the song wasn't aimed at her.
Speaking to GQ magazine, she said: "I never said anything that would point a finger in the specific direction of one specific person, and I can sleep at night knowing that."
The singer says she tried to make sure people thought it was about no-one in particular.
"You know you’re on good terms with your ex-boyfriend, and you don’t want him—or his family—to think you’re firing shots at him. So you say, “That was about losing a friend.”
Katy was recently forced to deny that '1984' was about Taylor, so it's unclear if the two really are fighting or not.
