So unless you've been living under a rock this week, you'll be aware that Love Island 2019 has officially kicked off, and as we near the end of week one, viewers are convinced that they have spotted a quick cameo appearance from popular TV judge and talent scout extraordinaire Simon Cowell.
Amidst the Lucie Donlan, Joe Garratt and Tommy Fury drama, some of the lads pootled off for a quick gym session in the garden, and as a popular Love Island memes account pointed out, it looked like Simon was hitting the weights. Taking to Twitter, the account wrote, 'Is that Simon Cowell?😂😂😂 #LoveIsland' sic
The post quickly went viral, with eager Love Island fans taking to Twitter to share in the hilarity of it all. One viewer wrote, 'When did Simon Cowell get into the villa?' sic, another wrote, 'Can’t just be me that thought that was @SimonCowell in the @LoveIsland gym' sic, whilst another wrote, 'Who you gonna couple up with Simon?!' sic.
Under closer inspection, we can actually confirm that it was in fact NOT Simon, but, of course, no other than Callum Macleod.
