Katherine Jenkins gives birth to baby girl and gives her a beautiful name

Soprano Katherine Jenkins and her husband Andrew Levitas are now proud parents to a baby girl and shared these adorable pictures on Instagram.

The 35-year-old wrote, "Introducing our daughter Aaliyah Reign Levitas, who came loudly into the world weighing almost 7lbs and surrounded by love. We are absolutely besotted with her & grateful for the beautiful blessing of this happy, healthy, little miracle."

This is the Welsh singer's first child and her name, Aaliyah Reign Levitas, is a Hebrew name for ascending.

Katherine wed American Andrew Levitas in September 2014. The couple had a whirlwind romance after dating in February 2014 and getting engaged in April that same year.

On her aniversary she shared a beautiful picture of their wedding day on Instagram.
