Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears to avoid each other in London
They will both be performing in London this month.
It was only last week that fans of the singers were excited at the prospect of a collaboration, but recent reports suggest this won't happen. In fact according to the Daily Star Sunday the pair, who will both be in London later this month, want to avoid each other at all costs.
Britney will be performing at a festival on the 27th September and Justin will be in the capital for a TV appearance with Graham Norton and another gig.
According to an insider, the Mirror have reported that "both their teams have been ordered to make sure they don’t meet at all costs. "Hotels, itineraries and planned promotional commitments are currently being checked."
The rumours of them working together came about after a recent radio interview in the US in which Britney listed a number of artists she would be interested in collaborating with, including her ex-boyfriend, saying, "Justin Timberlake is very good."
An E! reporter then asked the 'Rock Your Body' singer his thoughts at a recent red carpet interview to which he said, "Sure! Absolutely, absolutely"
The pair met as Mouseketeers on The New Mickey Mouse Club and started dating in 1999, just as both were beginning to get very famous. The couple then split suddenly three years later and have since moved on.
