Since Boris Johnson revealed the UK would have to follow lockdown rules in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, fitness fanatic Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, has been keeping the nation fit with his daily PE classes on his YouTube channel.
After revealing back in April that he would be donating any profits from the classes to the NHS, Joe has now revealed the final total raised, after successfully running 78 classes over the last four months.
Sharing a snap of himself, his wife Rosie, and his two children Indie and Marley, Joe revealed he has raised an incredible £580,000 for the NHS.
He wrote, '78 workouts, 80 million views, 2,271 years of total at watch time 🤯, £580k raised for @nhscharitiestogether ❤️🙏🏼 Thank you so much for being a part of #PeWithJoe 🙌🏽 I hope you’ve enjoyed it. I have loved it and am sad it’s over for now. Don’t worry I’ll be back again soon 🌍 Lots of love the Wicks Family'. (sic)
