Former The Only Way Is Essex star Ferne McCann has shared a candid before and after photo of her recent weight loss, just three months after welcoming her first child into the world.
Ferne, who welcomed baby Sunday in November, showed off her newly toned stomach after she's been working hard to lose her baby weight.
Wearing a pink sports bra in both photos, Ferne wrote, 'So here are my before&after pics from our 30DayChallenge. Before pic was taken on the 3rd of Jan & the after pic was taken today I am so so happy with my results.' Sic
Fans and fellow new mums were quick to compliment Ferne on how great she looks, as well as her former TOWIE co-star Dan Osbourne, who wrote, '#motivationmonday 🙌🏼 Well done to team mate and good friend @fernemccann @fernutrition for her 30 Day Challenge progress. You are looking a million and should be so proud of yourself 💚'

Ferne was forced to announce her pregnancy earlier than she wanted back in April last year when her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins was arrested for an alleged acid attack in London.
A spokesperson for Ferne released a statement reading, ‘Ferne is grateful for the sympathetic way news of her pregnancy has been covered and people’s support and obviously her first concern is for her child’s health.
‘Accordingly she does not wish to discuss the pregnancy further given the early stage it is at and the immense strain that Ferne is currently under.'
The statement ended, 'Her thoughts are with the victims of the horrific attack on Easter Monday.'
Ferne then announced she'd given birth to a little girl called Sunday in November.
Sharing a photo of her new daughter's tiny hands, Ferne wrote, 'Wellcome to the world my darling. Didn’t expect to see you a week early 🙂. I’m so in love & bursting with pride. It’s a girl 👶🏼💗💗💗.' sic
The proud mum has since posted a number of super cute photos of her daughter to her social media accounts, including this one of baby Sunday wearing an adorable outfit.
