Ed Sheeran reveals which cartoon he wants to appear in next

Q Award winner Ed Sheeran is due to appear in an episode of The Simpsons soon, but the singer already has his sights set on another popular cartoon series.
Ed was at the Roundhouse in London last week to receive the award for Best Act in the World Today, when he was asked about which cartoon he would like to appear in next. The 'Perfect' singer replied,
"I'd love South Park to rip into me once. Just for them to take aim and fire."
No stranger to making cameo appearances, he has previously appeared in Home & Away, earlier this year he appeared in Game of Thrones,** and he is due to play a character called Brendan in The Simpsons**. Brendan is an English musician who Lisa falls in love with.
Ed Sheeran recently hit the headlines when he had to cancel parts of his tour following a cycling accident. The Tay FM Entertainment Team caught up with the 26-year-old singer at the Q Awards to ask him how he was coping with his injuries which include two broken arms and a broken rib. He said "it sucks", but he has some exciting plans for his plaster cast.
Ed was nominated for two awards and won Best Act in the World Today at the Q Awards which took place on 18th October. Speaking to us he said the award means a lot to him, "there's not that many awards that people care about, but this is one of them", he said, explaining that a Q Award was one of the first ones he won.

Since speaking to us at the Q Awards Ed has posted a photo of artist Damien Hirst covering his cast with a striking design.
In January Ed released his tracks 'Shape Of You' and 'Castle On The Hill', hitting number 1 and 2, he later performed his hits for us using just a loop pedal.
The episode of The Simpsons starring Ed will appear in season 29 of the popular series which is currently being shown in the US.
