Chrishell Stause reveals future dating plans following split

Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause has spoken out about her future dating plans, following her split from show co-star Jason Oppenheim in December of last year. The pair had been together for five months before they released a statement confirming they had broken up.

But it looks like Chrishell is already thinking about her future love life, revealing that following her split from Jason, she would love to date a non-celeb. The star revealed that although it is hard to find someone who isn't in the spotlight in her line of work, "the goal" is to date someone "not in the industry".

Speaking to TMZ, Chrishell said: "It is a little hard because living in this world that ends up being the people that you meet. But a hundred percent every time a friend is like 'oh, I'd love you to meet my friend,' that's the first thing I say."

She then revealed her hopes for her future romance, saying: "I'm really hoping to be paired with someone that is not in the industry but you know, you're not always in charge of who you meet because it's a bit limited in Los Angeles, but that's the goal."

The 40-year-old went on to admit that her and Jason were going through a "transitional period", further explaining: "We really love each other, so this is the relationship I'm most proud of."

Chrishell's hopes to be paired with a non-celeb may come as a surprise to many, given the TV star's past relationships - including the likes on Glee's Matthew Morrison, Dancing With The Stars pro dancer Keo Motsepe and her ex-husband, This Is Us actor Justin Hartley.
