Yo-yo dieter Chanelle Hayes has taken a diet U-turn live on Loose Women after seemingly insinuating she only gained weight so she could get signed up to do a fitness DVD.
The former Big Brother star has struggled with her weight in previous years having originally been a size six Chanelle admitted she has put on six stone in the last two years.
Despite her weight gain it seems the 28-year-old is extremely body confident after she appeared on today’s episode (31st May) of Loose Women in a bright pink bikini. The former model also claimed she doesn’t care about her bigger frame and is extremely happy with her body.
After being grilled by the panel and in particular the outspoken Janet Street Porter, Chanelle took a total U-turn admitting a fitness DVD has always been in her sights.

When Janet asked if she would ever consider losing weight for a DVD, she said “If someone said to me I’d give you £30,000 to do a fitness DVD, I’d drop whatever weight you’d want me to because I’m a single parent and it’s about paying the bills.”
She then went on to add “If the money was right and if it was a healthy thing. But I wouldn’t sit there and eat 500 calories a day. I didn’t gain weight for that.”
