T in the Park bosses are looking at crowd control after hundreds of fans were caught up in a crush outside King Tut's Tent.
The mayhem happened as festival goers crowded in to see The Proclaimers perform.
One witness told us she saw a girl's face crushed up against the railings as music lovers pushed forward causing security railings to collapse...
At the same time people leaving the tent and making their way towards the main stage were also caught in a crush, with some barriers having to be moved so people could escape.
Debbie, from Glasgow, was trying to get into King Tut's when the barriers in front of her were pushed down by the volume of people.
She told us: "It was horrific. Everyone was pushing and the next thing the barrier goes down. A girl got trapped and people started stamping over her. There was only one security with his eye on it.
"I've never seen anything like that at T in the Park"
In response T in the Park bosses immediately shut down the surrounding food stalls.
A spokeswoman said: “As soon as we became aware of the situation, we sent a response team of security guards and a medical team to manage the area. We apologise for any distress the fans involved may have experienced, however we can confirm that no one was hurt.
“Safety at the event is our highest priority and we have closed down the surrounding food units for a short period of time to create more room while we monitor the area closely.”
Around 85 thousand fans turned up on the second day of the festival in its new home at Strathallan.
Police are investigating the death of a 36-year-old man on the campsite.
Officers say his death is not suspicious and is being treated as unexplained.
